A Note of Introduction from Chad Webster, DDS…
Hello, and thank you for visiting our website!
My name is Chadwick Webster, and I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I have a wonderful family, which is the reason why I decided to open my dental practice here in Tulsa. My mother’s name is Debbie, and she is also a native Oklahoman. My grandparents’ names are Ralph and Betty. I have a cousin named Tara and her mother’s name is Teresa. We were all born and raised in the wonderful State of Oklahoma.
I attended Hoover Elementary School, Whitney Middle School, and Tulsa Nathan Hale High School. I then went to Norman and received my bachelor’s degree in Health and Sports Sciences at the University of Oklahoma. I really enjoyed myself at OU; I became a Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity member and started the first Pre-Dental Club.
I wasn’t always sure that I wanted to be a dentist. I really admired my family dentist while growing up in Tulsa, and he sparked my interest in the medical field. While working one summer here in Tulsa, I shadowed many dentists and one physician. That’s when I decided to pursue dentistry. I always knew that I wanted to help people, but family is very important to me. Being tied to a physician’s hectic schedule did not seem to be the right choice for me.
I really enjoyed attending dental school at The University of Oklahoma. I received a very good education and made many friends. From the Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, I then went to Houston Texas and completed a General Practice Residency at the Veteran’s Hospital. This was a very helpful part of my education. I had the opportunity to work on some difficult cases involving implants, oral surgery, and esthetic dentistry. I also had a rotation at MD Anderson Cancer Center, which really helped me understand what patients and their families endure when cancer is inflicted in their lives.
After these adventures, I returned home to start up my practice, Dental Creations by Chadwick Webster, D.D.S., P.C. After a couple years of having the practice up and running, I met my wonderful wife Kate, again. The reason I say “again” is because we went to high school together and then we bumped into each other and ironically we were in the same profession. Today, we live and work in Tulsa, and we attend Life Church. We are also very excited to announce we are expecting our first child in October of 2010.
I have a wonderful team: Kate and Shannon are the hygienists, and Patty is the clinical specialist. We have a very unique dental practice; we strive to provide the utmost in customer service and patient care. I want you to come to our office and experience it for yourself. We want to be your new dental care providers.
We offer the latest technology and services for your optimal comfort and care. We are a completely paperless office. All of our charting and radiographs are viewable on a computer in each treatment room. There are so many exciting things happening in our practice, I don’t have time to share all of them with you. As a native Tulsan, I’m proud to work for Dental Creations by Chadwick Webster, DDS, PC. Dr. Webster and I attended high school together at Nathan Hale. After 12 years, we crossed paths again and, oddly enough, found that we’d chosen the same profession. We were married in 2007, and I have two amazing daughters that keep our lives interesting. My girls are involved in many school and sports activities. We love to travel, as long as there’s a beach and a lot of sun.
I graduated from hygiene school in 2005, and I empathize with patients who aren’t comfortable with dental visits. I always make patients feel relaxed and have fun during appointments. I have worked for many offices and have found this one to have the most relaxing atmosphere and the most advanced technology. The team is genuinely committed to making patients feel as comfortable as possible.

Shannon, Dental Hygienist
I graduated from TCC in 1994, and there are many aspects of dentistry that I thoroughly enjoy. I love getting to know my patients on a personal level, while educating them on dental health. There have been so many advances in technology since I began my career; it has made my job much more efficient and enjoyable. Dr. Webster provides us with the latest equipment and keeps us updated on changes in dentistry. The entire team takes continuing education courses.
I’m married and have two wonderful kids. We enjoy time together, watching baseball and going to the lake in the summer. My husband rebuilds old cars, and we adore anything vintage.
I love my job and plan on doing it for many years. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Patty, Clinical Specialist
As a chairside assistant to Dr. Webster, I provide each patient with educational information about dentistry and the highest level of personalized care in a comfortable environment. Working with Dr. Webster is a joy because he implements innovative dental technology and extends gentle, compassionate care to every patient. I’ve been a dental assistant for many years and appreciate treating patients from all walks of life.
My family is my passion. We enjoy traveling together and boating on Grand Lake. I have been happily married to Larry for over 30 years and we have raised and educated two incredible children. My daughter is a dental hygienist, and my son graduation from NSU. He’s pursuing an acting career in California.

Melinda, Practice Consultant
As practice consultant for Dr. Webster, I’ve had the privilege of working with his team for six years. I’m founder and president of Melinda Lawrence Consulting, Inc. and have over 36 years of experience as a clinical assistant and practice administrator. I’m committed to personal growth and have a passion for dentistry that led me to my career in practice management. I enjoy challenging the Dental Creations team to make a difference in our patients’ lives. This challenge promotes a solid belief system that the patient comes first.
I am a member of the Speaking and Consulting Network, the Academy of Management Consultants, and an associate member of the Oklahoma Dental Association. In addition, I graduated from Bob Pike’s Train the Trainer Boot Camp and am a certified consultant for Bent Ericksen and Associates, leaders in personnel management and employment law compliance.
